DIRECTIONS:
Please refer to the hotel's directions page for complete and thorough driving instructions from the interstate or airports.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:
We have made reservations for participants for the evenings of June 22 and 23. New Administrative Directors and those wishing to adjust their stay should contact Caitlin Callahan of the Hotel Monaco at 312-960-8522 or Caitlin.Callahan@hotelmonaco.com. SynBERC will pay for the rooms directly for the nights of June 22 and June 23. The hotel will honor the negotiated rate of $189 for two days on either side of the retreat for those who would like to explore Chicago for a little longer. Again, you have to contact Caitlin Callahan directly, as the regular reservations desk is unable to provide the discount or make any other changes to our block of rooms.

BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT:
You can pay for your flight and get reimbursed after the meeting by completing the attached form. Or, SynBERC can pay for your airfare directly flights if you email our travel agent at cal.us@contactcwt.com the attached travel request form. The travel agency then obtains authorization from SynBERC Central for final ticketing. As much as possible, book your flights three weeks before June 23 to keep the airfares within budget. If you have other travel related questions, send email to fdelro@berkeley.edu.
